Regional Alliance presents "Overcoming the Culture of Secrecy" in Lima

On September 20 and 21, the Fourth National Conference was held on Access to Public Information of Peru, at which time the Regional Alliance for Free Expression and Information presented the report, «Overcoming the Culture of Secrecy,» prepared and coordinated by the Center for Archives and Access to Public Information (CAINFO). The coalition for pro transparency analyzed the implementation by government officials of the right of access to public information in the seven member countries of the Regional Alliance. Pro Acceso was responsible for drafting the Chilean experience.
